Payment terms:
A deposit of 35% of the total cost per person is due at the time of booking and the balance of payment is due six weeks prior to commencement of your safari.
Payments may be made by direct bank-to-bank transfer to our account, cash or credit card (Master Card or VISA).
Cancellation Charges:
Cancellation charges are determined partly by the hotels and safari camps/lodges and local airlines. Efforts will be made to keep charges to a minimum to the benefit of our customers.
Bookings cancelled or amended up to 31 days before commencement of the safari will incur a 10% cancellation charge.
Cancellation or amendment made less than 31 days but more than 14 days prior to commencement of the safari will incur 70% refund.
Cancellation or amendment made less than 15 days but more than 3 days prior to commencement of the safari will earn 50% refund.
There is no refund for Cancellation or amendment made less than 3 days before commencement of the safari.
